At OnTopTee, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure every order is fulfilled with care and precision. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise during the shipping or production process. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures.

As a specialized Print-on-Demand (POD) brand, OnTopTee creates custom products specifically for you. This Refund and Return Policy is designed to balance our commitment to quality with the unique nature of custom-made apparel and accessories.


1. Overview of Our Refund and Return Policy

Our Refund and Return Policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your package was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return under this policy:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase from OnTopTee is strictly required.

⚠️ Important Note: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns must be approved by the OnTopTee customer service team in advance.


2. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

Due to the personalized nature of our business, some items are exempt from our standard Refund and Return Policy. The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personalized/customized items (e.g., custom names, dates, or unique design modifications).
  • Sale or clearance items (Only regular priced items may be refunded).
  • Gift cards and digital products.
  • Intimate, sanitary, or health and personal care items.

3. The Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on this Refund and Return Policy.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


4. Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Goods

At OnTopTee, we only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you received a faulty product, you don’t need to worry about the standard Refund and Return Policy wait times. Simply email us at [email protected] with:

  1. Your Order Number.
  2. A clear photo or video showing the defect or damage.

Once verified, we will send a replacement free of charge immediately.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact our support team under the Refund and Return Policy guidelines.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. OnTopTee does not guarantee that we will receive your returned item without a tracking confirmation.
