    If you receive a faulty item, just send us a picture of it to us along with your order number. If the item(s) delivered to you would be faulty or if withers off in the first wash, we’ll send you a free reshipment. You don’t have to send it back to us. All we’d need would be a picture of the faulty item.

    If your order hasn’t arrived on time, we kindly ask that you allow a few extra days. Shipping delays can happen, but we are always here to assist you and keep you updated on your order’s status.
    You will also have access to the tracking details to monitor the package along the way.

    Once an order leaves our factory, it becomes very difficult for us to cancel it. However, rest assured that once it has shipped, it will reach you.

    If you entered an incorrect address and the order has not yet been shipped, please email us immediately so we can update it.

    If the order has already been shipped, we are not responsible for resending the item to the new address.
    Please ensure your address is correct before completing your purchase.

    If you received the wrong size, please first review the order confirmation you placed with us. In many cases, customers accidentally select the incorrect size at checkout.
    If that’s the case, please contact our support team for assistance with the exchange process. We support exchanges within 1 size above or below the originally ordered size.
    You will only need to cover the shipping fee and a small handling fee.

    If you selected the correct size but still received the wrong one, we are happy to send you a free replacement. Just send us a photo of the item and we’ll take care of it for you.
