All products at DietVerse LLC are print-on-demand and made-to-order. This means that each item is created specifically for you once your order is placed. As a result, cancellations and changes must be made within a very short window.
⏳ Order Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order within 6 hours of purchase.

After 6 hours, your order is typically already in production and can no longer be canceled or modified.

If your cancellation request is received within the allowed timeframe, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

✏️ Order Modification
You may request modifications to your order (such as size, color, custom text) within 6 hours after placing it.
Modification requests include:

After this period, changes are no longer guaranteed due to our automated fulfillment process.
🚫 Invalid Requests
We cannot cancel or modify orders that:

Have already entered production

Have already been shipped

Involve personalized/custom content unless a production error occurred
📦 Wrong Shipping Address
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please email us within 6 hours. After this time, we may not be able to intercept the order. In this case, you may need to place a new order at your expense.
